Do you send appointment reminders?

You will receive a confirmation email upon booking your appointment. If you notice any details are incorrect, please contact reception to correct as soon as possible. Two days prior to your appointment you will receive a reminder via email, followed by a text message reminder the day before your appointment.

Do you accept private health insurance?

We do not process private health insurance claims for you at the studio, however we will always endeavour to email you a copy of your paid invoice after your payment is processed so that you can claim them manually at home.

I can’t find an appointment time available that works for our family online - what should I do?

Please call reception on 03 4411 7878 and one of our receptionists will do their best to accomodate you and your family’s preferred appointment time. If you are a regular vistor, we recommend booking your appointments well in advance to ensure you always get your desired appointment time.

What is your cancellation policy at Restore Studio?

We value your health and will always respect and value your appointment time. Your appointment is reserved just for you (and your family) so we can be present with you. We kindly ask you provide Restore Studio with 24 hours notice if you cannot attend your appointment. A late cancellation fee may apply.

You will be charged the full appointment fee if you do not show for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours. We understand life can be busy and unpredictable, and we will always do our best to cater for unexpected events. However, we ask that you respect our schedules and other patients waiting for appointments. We send a reminder two days before your appointment to support reschedules.

What if I am running late for my appointment?

If you think you will be running late for your allocated appointment time, please phone reception on 03 4411 7878 to discuss options.

We do our best to run on time, and adhere to the time allocated for your appointment to respect our time and the time of all practice members. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your scheduled appointment and relax in the waiting room. This allows for a stress-free arrival with a few moments to relax and unwind.

If you are late to your appointment, there will be less time for our Chiropractors to review your health goals, gain an understanding of you response to nervous system centred chiropractic care, perform a detailed neurospinal analysis and deliver a gentle, yet specific adjustment with any home-care.
